RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Tweed Equestrian is committed to providing quality services to you, this is our Returns Policy.

​

• Returns will be accepted on purchases within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please download, complete & return our Returns Form (link) with your item. If you are unable to print the form, please handwrite all the details on the form onto paper & include that.

• No returns accepted or refunds given for change of mind.

​

• Strictly no returns on sale, clearance or ex-demo items.

​

• All items are to be returned in original packaging, unworn, unused with any tags still attached. If returned items have clearly been tried on, used, cleaned/washed the item/s will be returned to sender and your refund rejected.

​

• Refunds will only be offered if your item/s meet the above criteria.

 

• Refunds will be for purchase price only not postage costs.

 

• All refunds will be made by the original payment method.

• If you have ordered the incorrect size, items can be returned & exchanged for the correct size providing the item is still in new condition. Exchanges accepted for items of same or lessor value. All exchange postage costs to be paid by the customer.
